Our capabilities are broad, but fall into three main buckets:
Strategy & Implementation
Organizational success starts with a thoughtful vision and a carefully articulated plan of action. We work with your teams and community partners to dream big and collaboratively develop ambitious, but realistic strategies and then provide the on-going tools, coaching, and support to ensure that those beautiful plans don’t sit on a shelf.

Organizational Development
Well-designed systems and process are the key underpinnings of any organization. They allow teams to feel supported and give them the tools they need to operate in lockstep, so that organizations can spend less time figuring out how to work together and more time focusing on the communities they serve. Let’s be real, though: Creating them isn’t exactly everyone’s cup of tea. Fortunately we love them!

Facilitation & Engagement
We love a flip chart, an engaging conversation, an equitable decision-making model, a breakout session that builds relationships, a forum where everyone’s voices are heard, a perfectly-timed snack break. We design fun, inclusive, and trauma-informed facilitation and engagement opportunities to help you, your team, and your community do your best work together, while we ensure that the process is moving forward.

Rates
Our rates are typically prepared as a full project package and vary based on the scope and type of work.
Inspired and informed by AORTA, we have a sliding scale hourly rate of $100-$250 that varies based on the budget and size of an organization. We additionally reserve a limited number of pay-what-you-can spaces for clients who are volunteer run and/or have limited profitability.
